Telling Others of the Flat Earth

  I think that one of the best ways to tell others about the flat earth is, for example, say: “Do a search on YouTube with the words “flat earth” or “Flat earth clues,” or “flat earth Eric Dubay.”

This can already be printed on small piece of paper and handed to them. This would remind them what to look up and the words to search for.

Another example would be to have a website or blog address with information about the flat earth. This will have the relative articles and videos on it.

Making your own blog is good because the address you give could have information that does not give the best arguments for a flat earth.

This method of telling others is much better than a 5-10 minute talk or a talk that you don’t know all the details of – thus, not being able to convince them. Also, in a conversation you don’t have the pictures and videos to show them – no matter how well you know the subject.

This method of sharing the truth can be applied to any topic – just have something already printed to give them. Something even the size of a business card is good – it saves cost in printing, they are less likely to throw it out and you don’t have to carry a stack of flyers wherever you go.

To start the conversation, ask a question that stirs their curiosity – don’t start out by saying the earth is flat. This same approach should used on all controversial subjects. Just start out in an inquisitive manner – if they show no interest, then don’t continue. You could say, “Some people say, ‘If the earth is a globe, why don’t you see the curve on either end of the horizon.’” Then present another unsolved mystery, such as how can gravity even keep water on a curved surface,” etc.

Keep the conversation in the third person singular, this way it’s not you saying it.

Then end it with, “I found this website talking about this crazy idea and I can’t find anything wrong with it. Maybe you can? You might want to check it out yourself.” (Then hand him the card with the website address on it.)

You might have a business card printed with something like this:

Or, you can make this card a bit better but also putting on a QR Code. This is like a bar code that people can scan with their smart phones. Once this is done, it will take them directly to the website.

25 Proofs From Scripture Against the Teaching of Modern Science

Note: This is from an old book, date around the beginning of the 20th century. People who believe in the flat earth back then were Christians. Others, who were not became Christians – sadly, this is not the case today. In fact, there are flat earth sites that don’t want to hear from Christians giving their testimony or how God gives us the true description of the earth, moon and stars.

More scripture can be added but 25 should be enough. For some people it isn’t, then I would suggest that person is not interested in learning the truth.

This booklet had to be retyped as the scanned copy I have is a poor quality. The comments are as it was written many years ago. Enjoy.

  1 – The Hebrew word, Bara, to create, which is making something out of nothing. In the beginning of time, before which all was eternity, God created the heavens and the earth, no evolution, no geological progression.

Creation was the work of the Divine Jehovah -God the Father being the architect and planner – God the Son executed, and carried it out as the Father’s Master Workman. God the Spirit breathed Life and Light upon all.

2 – When He set a circle upon the face of the deep, when He marked out the foundations of the earth; then was I by Him as a Master Workman – Prov. VIII 29-30

3 – It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers. – Isa IV 22. And woe to the grasshopper that persists in contradicting the Arch-angel.

4 – Thou has established the earth, and it abideth, nay standeth – stands fast – Psalm CXIX 90

5 – For He hath founded it upon the seas, as established it upon the floods – Psalm XXIV 

6 – Like the earth which He hath established for ever. – Psalm LXXVIII 69

7 – The Lord reigneth: the earth is also established that it cannot be moved. – Psalm XCIII 1. Not even by the modern astronomers.

8 – To Him that stretched (or laid out) the earth above the waters; for his mercy endureth for ever. – Pslam CXXXVI 6. Not doubled it up into a ball, to roll three ways at one time.

9 – He hath also established them for ever and ever; He hath made a degree which shall not pass. – Paslm CXLVIII 6

10 – The Jehovah by wisdom hath founded the earth. – Prov. III 19. Not cast it as a shot from a melting furnace.

11 – Who hath established all the ends of the earth. – Prov. XXX 44.

12 – God Himself, He hath established the earth, He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited – Isa XLIV 18. When the earth was first created it was passable, habitable, and navigable in every inch of it – no curse then.

13 – He hath established the world by His wisdom; and hath stretched out the heavens by His discretion: parallel with the earth – Jer. X 12.

14 – The world also shall be established that it shall not be moved – Psalm XCVI 10. Dr Gratton Guinness sends it rolling on after it is a new creation. What folly.

15 – For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and He hath set the world upon them – I. Sam. II 8. The astronomers are learned enough to tell us that there is only an imaginary axis.

16 – Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble – Job IX 6. The earth has her place then, not her orbit, which would require no pillars.

17 – The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved; I bear up the pillars of it – Psalm LXXV 3. And will re-established it.

18 – And after these things, I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth – Rev. VII 1. What corners are there to a round ball?

19 – And the earth was without form – Gen. I 2. Not even globular. What a mistake!

20 – And God called the dry land earth; and the gathering together of the waters, He called the seas. What, not a globe in either case? Oh dear!

21 – While the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease – Gen. VIII 22. Not while the earth revolveth, or travelleth, or is flying through space to please imagination.

22 – Then the earth shook and trembled – II Sam. XXII 8. But that she always should be flying through space 120 times swifter than a cannon ball, the prophet did not understand.

23 – The measure thereof is larger than the earth, and broader than the sea – Job XIX 9. The earht then is long not oblong, oval or globular.

24 – Hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth? Delcared if thou knowest it all – Job XXXVIII 18. Breadth, not circumference, mind.

25 – The Lord reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved – Psalm XCIX 1. That she would always be doing according to the astronomers. No need for a special order.

Earth being a globe is not logical.

  We are often advised by well-meaning Christians, who are ignorant of the bearings of our contention, to allow the subject of the plane earth to “drop,” and to join with Amen in proclaiming what they are pleased to call “the gospel.” As we are going to press we have received another gratuitous piece of advice of the same nature. Our friend writes: “ You believe the earth is flat and stands still. I may give it a passing notice. I am surprised to find a man of so much intelligence and learning should persist in such notions. Is it not a clear fact that we can determine the approximate size of the globe? And if you go in a straight line in any direction you will come to the place from which you started, and how do you account for the Seasons, and the difference in the length of the days at different Seasons; and tidal motions, etc. I think you would be better engaged in helping to swell the world-wide cry of the Gospel. Don’t you think so? ”

In answer to the last question we say decidedly, No! not at the expense of leaving off teaching the plain truth. It is undeniable that the Holy Scriptures teach that the Earth is stationary; that it rests on “foundations” and ‘‘pillars” ; and that it is “established so fast that it cannot be moved.” Wetherfore contend that if, as some of our Christian friends would have us believe, the Bible is not true in its material teachings respecting the Universe, it is not reliable in its promises of spiritual blessings. But we maintain that the Bible is true; true to fact and to every day observation; and that the earth does not move. In future numbers we hope to give good proofs of the earth’s immobility for those who need them; but in the meantime we have a right to ask for some one proof, and we only ask for one, of the earth’s supposed terrible motions? It appears stationary. It feels stationary. Then why should we give up the evidence of our God-given senses for the sake of a mere astronomical and unsupported assumption?

There is much more behind this question of the shape of the earth than our good natured but illogical advisers are aware of. If we are credited, as we are by those who know us, with at least an average share of common sense, and a little more than the average amount of “ intelligence and learning,” how is it that our advisers—who for the most part have never really studied the question—how is it they cannot credit us with understanding this subject, which I’ve have studied, and with understanding its importance as supplying a good foundation for our confidence in the sure Word of God? We maintain that if the Bible is not true respecting the material Creation, it is not reliable it its promises of Salvation; and that it is perfectly useless to preach the Gospel of Jesus the Christ to men who have lost their faith in the inspiration, or truthfulness, of the Word of God. It is, moreover, a great pity when Christian friends unite with sceptical foes in support of a godless science, falsely called “science, ” which strikes at the very foundation of the truth of the Creator’s Word. They incur a grave responsibility in so doing. Let them take heed.

In answer to our correspondents questions, we say. It is not “ a clear fact that we can determine the approximate size of the globe.” It is not a clear fact that the earth is a globe at all. Let proof be offered.

And again, it is not possible “to go in a straight line in any direction, and come back to the place of starting.” Any straight line is an impossibility on a spherical surface. But apart from this self-evident fact, no one has ever travelled or voyaged due North, or due South, and come hack to the same place again. The great ice barriers would prevent this.

Yet our correspondent thoughtlessly says, “in any direction!” Men can go round the World in an easterly or a westerly direction; but this is also possible on a plane. Hence it is no proof of the earth’s sphericity. But our opponents do not seem to be able to discriminate in these things. It is the fault, doubtless, of our system of “education,” which crams young minds with other men’s ideas, instead of teaching them to think for themselves, and to think cautiously and accurately.

Let us hope that The Earth Review will help, at least, to raise enquiry, and so teach men to think for themselves; and not to leave all their thinking to professional and interested preachers of science. There is an evident need of such a paper as ours, even apart from its advocacy of the truth of the Bible, if only to awaken candid enquiry. Let us hope that all lovers of truth—natural truth or spiritual—and all lovers of original ideas, possessing true freedom of thought, will rally round us, and help us on towards a world-wide circulation of The Earth Review

The Daily Telegraph, 25 April, 2019, page 3 of Business section

When a defunct satellite orbiting earth at an altitude of 186 miles was blasted into pieces last month by an Indian missile, the US and Russia said their could be lawsuit if any of the debris might crash into the International Space Station.

Could India be sued if the ISS was destroyed or damaged?

It would be interesting to see how this plays out. The scenario could be:

nothing happens to the ISS

a successful claim is made but no money is exchanged

money is paid out but Indian has to keep its mouth shut as they are part of the lying game

Anyhow, this is all part of the circus to make like the heliocentric universe is real but I had to laugh to see how far these clowns will go in their illusionary tricks and lying.

The Earth’s Shadow on the Moon

The moon doesn’t cause a shadow like this.

  The so-called shadow is not always round, it was once noticed to be “ a dark isosceles triangular shape;” but a straight object would give a curved shadow upon a sphere as you may prove by holding a straight-edge before an apple by gas light, but it has never been shewn that the Earth could possibly cast a shadow on the Moon. If the Earth cut off the Sun’s light from the Moon, the Moon ought to go quite dark during the eclipse, but it does not, its light shines through the supposed shadow. Parallax thought—that—a semi-opaque but dark Moon came between us and the luminous Moon and so caused the lunar eclipse. Astronomers admit that there are dark bodies in the Sky.

It may be the Moon is “ eclipsed ” by getting into a mass of “ thick darkness ” which revolves around and over the Earth in an opposite direction to the Sun, this thick dry foggy atmosphere obscures the Moon’s rays but does not obliterate them. It cannot be admitted that the “ Earth’s Shadow” causes an eclipse, because Sun and Moon have both been seen above the horizon during an Eclipse of the Moon, and we know from other sources that these Bodies revolve over a Plane Earth. B. Blount.

The Creator of the Moon declared—and thereby confirmed as absolute truth, the inspired account as given by the Holy Spirit in Gen. i., 16—that the Moon’s light is an inherent light, hence Moonlight (Matt, xxiv., 29). This is confirmed by every practical investigation. Is there a scientist living who would try to “ eclipse ” the light of a policeman’s bulls-eye lantern by putting a globe between it and another? Besides; and this should never be lost sight of, the so-called “ shadow” always commences to eclipse the Moon from the East side, therefore overtaking, and passing on in the same direction as the Moon is travelling ! But, if the so-called shadow proof—alas ! its only a shadow ! — of globularity was an absolute proof; and not a mere “ hypothesis to explain phenomenon,” then the shadow would meet the Moon and not overtake it as it does. Again, the speed of the earth in its orbit compared with the speed of the Moon in its orbit, utterly, from a globular stand point, proves the falseness of the so-called proof and for ever closes the mouths of all opponents ! They claim that the earth is travelling in an orbit round the sun at the “ rate of 68,305 miles an hour, ’ ’ while the Moon is travelling in an orbit round the earth, and consequently must of necessity move faster than the earth or about 180,000 miles an hour. It is therefore utterly impossible that the shadow travelling at the rate of 68,305 miles an hour can overtake the moon travelling at 180,000 miles an hour. What an infinite difference is shewn to exist between absolute fact, and conjectural and illogical theory.

The simple autoresponder just sends the standard response such as: “Sorry, we are not in right now but we’ll get back to you right away.” The email service that I’m talking about is one where people sign up and they receive whatever you want to send out in the order that you wrote the articles.

This is funny a little does the average person know how close to the truth this is. Astro-nots actually wear a face mask for their underwater filming. NASA actually has a huge water tank where astro-nots are put in acting out like they are in space. Though NASA says this simulates space, in reality they film this and send it out to the news agencies as if they are in space.
