Great song. 100% true. But, and that’s a big but, most who get involved into studying this issue (and stop filling tax “returns”), as I did, fail to see a huge problem, which many miss. When they sign that 1040 tax form, under penalty of perjury, they affirm they are “taxpayers” and subject to the “tax laws”! Yeah, I know there are full discloser laws and so forth, that could be used against this, but that is subject to all kinds of problems.
There are a number of real ways to deal with “taxes” you supposedly owe. Such as I did with the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue, to which I supposedly owed $36,000 in back taxes. I was able to get the debt discharged, when I tendered full payment in gold coin, which they would not accept. There are many reasons why and how this worked. But to start to understand why, you first need to know what a dollar is, which probably only one out of a thousand know.
