It’s the noise from the camera. Not sure of you know anythimg about cameras. What are your settings?
1000 mm f/l, f6.3 and 1 sec exposure at ISO 800 should be crispy.
You got thermal noise there or what some people call hot pixels.

So how come my eyes see starts through the moon? Is it noise from my eyes? Maybe I should change the setting to my eyes. Its probably just hot pixels my eyes are seeing. Silly me.
