‘satellites’ actually float in the æther;
its similar to a semi-viscous liquid;
its existence has been, more or less, acknowledged by certain high-profile physicist over the last century-or-so;
eventually: though: the balloons deflate and fall to Earth…
most of them fall into the oceans and are not seen by the general public;
